Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you'll ever make. My job is to help you understand exactly what you're buying before you sign the papers. I believe every client deserves an honest, thorough inspection and a clear explanation of what I find.

Before becoming a home inspector, I spent years working in residential remodeling and finish carpentry. That experience taught me how homes are built from the inside out and gives me a different perspective during every inspection.

I don't just inspect homes—I know what I'm looking at because I've worked on them.

My background helps me recognize issues that others might miss, giving my clients the information they need to make confident decisions before buying, building, or selling a home.
